2012 Rapt in Felt Exhibition
The 2012 Rapt in Felt exhibition will feature hand made felt by members of the Canberra Region Feltmakers responding to the theme 'metamorphosis'.
Each year Canberra Region Feltmakers holds an exhibition and bazaar to showcase and sell work made by members over the previous year. The handmade felt pieces on exhibition are unique and typically use a range of fibres including wool, silk and alpaca - as well as woven fabrics. This colourful event is popular, with a host of regular visitors as well as many new faces each year.
The 2012 exhibition opening will be held on Wednesday evening 23 May 2012. The exhibition continues between 10am and 4pm until Sunday 27 May.
